Australia Needs To Work On Their Outfield Fence Construction Skills
Two different outfielders ran through the fence on back-to-back nights during a series between the Melbourne Aces and the Adelaide Bite this past weekend.
The teams were playing at the Norwood Oval in Adelaide, an Australian Rules Football stadium that has also hosted baseball games for more than a half-century. The fence being temporary, we're not surprised this sort of thing happens; maybe it's by design, like breakaway rims in basketball, but it's still funny to watch.
