The FanCash you’ll earn is clearly displayed in the bet builder and updates as you change your bet, so you always know the reward before you confirm your bet. Too many reward systems get complicated and think it’s more exciting. But for us, the efficiency and familiarity of FanCash is a real winner. And as Fanatics is the partner of many top US sports leagues, you can use FanCash on some excellent official merchandise that we would’ve wanted to buy regardless.
It isn’t a perfect rewards system. If you cash out your bet, you don’t get any FanCash at all. That’s a bit stingy, in our opinion. You should get a percentage of your FanCash that’s linked to your cash-out total. But other than that, FanCash is one of the top reasons to add Fanatics to your sportsbook rotation.
Fanatics sportsbook has come a long way in terms of the sports it covers since its launch. A few years ago, Fanatics was mostly focused on covering the major sports. It made sense. It’s where most of the action is, and a new sportsbook wants to establish itself before expanding.
Now, Fanatics boasts over 20 sports. If you head into the basketball section, not only will you find the NBA and WNBA, but leagues from over 15+ countries. They’ve added more coverage of smaller sports (in the US) like cricket, rugby, darts, and snooker. There are stll some holes in the sports coverage, and Fanatics still trails the likes of DraftKings. But the platform deserves credit for bolstering its coverage since its in 2023.
For betting markets, Fanatics provides all you’d expect. Moneylines, spreads, totals, props, parlays, and futures can be found for nearly all sportsbooks. Player props are a strong point, with deep options for top leagues. But futures can be lacking. There are the standard futures, like the World Series winner for MLB and various awards. But other sportsbooks get more creative with their futures. For example, MLB lacks World Series specials like winning league/state/division and win specials like best/worst record.
Where Fanatics does stand out for betting features is “Squad Bets,” which was launched in March 2026. After years of sports betting, we’re always looking for new ways to wager. Squad Bets is a creative spin on player prop and parlay betting. All you do is pick between 3-6 players and set a prop target for them, which they have to combine to hit.
For example, you pick LeBron James, Luka Doncic, and Nikola Jokic. You also pick a total that they need to exceed together, either points, rebounds, assists, or 3-pointers. Fanatics will calculate the odds and payouts, and you watch how your “team” performs. It’s an exciting feature that takes some of the sting out of parlay betting, as if one player has a poor game, others in your team can make up for it. Our biggest previous problem with Fanatics was its odds. They just weren’t consistently competitive with the likes of BetMGM, FanDuel, and DraftKings. That’s a problem for a newer sportsbook trying to establish a customer base. While Fanatics isn’t leading the industry with its lines, odds at the platform are now far more competitive.
Fanatics’ futures lines were among its most impressive. We routinely found extra value in things like the Super Bowl champion, World Cup winner, and NBA Finals champion. These weren’t huge discrepancies, but every little bit can help with long-term bets, so we appreciate Fanatics prioritizing these.
Fanatics has a dedicated live section, where you’ll find in-play betting for almost every sport it covers pre-game. The platform’s design of its live section makes finding the right in-play bet easy. You can filter by sport, but within that sport, you can switch between different betting markets. So if you want to bet on baseball run lines for multiple games, you can get all available options displayed together.
During our Fanatics review, we found its live odds update quickly to reflect the latest action. Again, Fanatics doesn’t quite stack up to the sheer variety of betting options at other sites. But we’d say only hardcore bettors will notice that Fanatics’ live betting markets aren’t quite as deep.
Fanatics allows bettors to make wagers with as little as $0.10. We don’t know if anyone is really ever going that low, but it’s nice to have the flexibility. A maximum bet goes all the way up to $500,000, and the platform’s max payout is capped at $1 million. So if you’re the most casual of bettors or the highest of high rollers, you won’t be limited at Fanatics.

While Fanatics still has work to do to provide the level of betting market variety as some of its competitors, it’s well worth your time.
