Across the top of the screen, you will see a rotating banner. This banner highlights several key features, including the Discord Channel and a link to install the app.
In the footer of the website, you can access the help center, T&Cs, house rules, and other generic information you may need from time to time. Either way, whatever it is you need can be accessed with the click of a button.
Overall, it might take you a few moments to get used to the website as it’s certainly not loaded with lots of information or graphics, unlike a lot of regular sportsbooks. You won’t find any flashy animations or graphics to excite you here. Instead, STX lets its markets do the talking, which says a lot about the confidence of the brand.
STX currently offers an iOS mobile app that allows customers to download it directly onto their iPhone or iPad. Unfortunately, there isn’t an Android app available just yet, but I’m hoping to see this introduced at some stage. If this changes in the future, I will be sure to update this page so you will be the first to know.
I installed the app directly from the Apple App Store and I have to say, I preferred it to the site version. The browser site feels somewhat empty compared to the app. Don’t get me wrong, I can’t fault the website as it does a stellar job at providing a user-friendly experience, but it’s a simple observation.
But then again, given the minimalistic approach, the design fills the screen more on mobile due to its smaller size. Overall, the interface has been a breath of fresh air, and I certainly recommend giving it a try over the browser site, if you’re an iOS user. You will have access to all the regular features, including customizing your markets and setting your own odds.
While I preferred the app during my STX sportsbook rating process, many bettors may prefer sticking with the browser site. So, why not give it a go to see how it works for you?

When I tested the live chat service for my STX Sportsbook reviews, I was left feeling deflated. I was initially connected with a bot. A countdown appeared to be connected with a live agent within 2 minutes.
Unfortunately, after the countdown reached zero, I was given a message that I was unable to be transferred to a live agent, which left me feeling frustrated. There was no explanation as to why this happened, so it didn’t make me want to try again, I must admit.
This left me with the option to either send an email or raise a ticket, which isn’t ideal if you have an urgent query. While you can upload documents and other evidence that may be required, it’s not the speediest of support methods.
Overall, my STX sportsbook review of the customer support wasn’t the greatest. But I’m willing to give STX the benefit of the doubt on this occasion. For return visits, I would like to see an improved live chat service that at least lets customers know why they cannot be connected with an agent, as this would offer reassurance.
