Brett Favre Will Have To Answer Questions Under Oath About Those Other Ladies He Allegedly Sexted

A Manhattan Supreme Court Justice has refused to dismiss a sexual harassment lawsuit against Brett Favre, filed last year by two former Jets massage therapists. This means that at the very least, Favre will have to testify under oath—-something he never did during the NFL's investigation into his interactions with Jenn Sterger.

The two women, Christine Scavo and Shannon O'Toole, told Deadspin that Favre ogled them in the massage room, and later sent them inappropriate and unwanted text messages. "Brett here, you and Crissy want to get together, I'm all alone," read one text, according their lawsuit, which is embedded below. Another: "Kinda lonely tonight, I guess I have bad intentions."

Also named in the lawsuit are the New York Jets, for fostering "a hotbed of sexual harassment, sexism and inappropriate behavior," as well as Lisa Ripi, the Jets' "muscle" who discouraged the women from taking their complaints to HR.
