Fox Sports Really Wants Bill Simmons To Watch The Red Sox Today

The low-key Bill Simmons-Fox Sports Twitter spat has been one of the more amusingly dumb things in sports media in this long summer. Today, we learned that there's only one Simmons — but there are tons of Fox Sports accounts that can correct him.

Here's Simmons's first tweet today, a typical gripe about his Red Sox being blacked out in Los Angeles with the twist of tweaking Fox Sports' relentless promotion of its newly-launched Fox Sports 1 as FUN:

That prompted the exact same tweet from 11 separate Fox Sports accounts:

Simmons could certainly have justifiably blocked and reported all of those accounts as spam, but his actual response was bitchier.
