According to The Heckler, this is an actual photo of the infamous goat's head that Chicago police found hanging from the Harry Caray statue at Wrigley Field three days ago. The goat appeared to be beheaded at some sort of costume party. The head also appears to have belonged to one of those giant mountain monster goats. Real? Photo-shopped? Undetermined.
