Dennis Rodman is currently headed to the Vatican to try and arrange a meeting with the soon-to-be-elected Pope. This trip comes on the heels of Rodman's visit to North Korea, where he became super good buddies with North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un. So I guess this is just what Dennis Rodman does now. Neat.
Rodman revealed his plans for the trip to TMZ, but it doesn't seem like he really has a good grasp on what he'll be doing once he gets there:
As for what Dennis wants to accomplish ... he tells TMZ, "I want to be anywhere in the world that I'm needed ... I want to spread a message of peace and love throughout the world."
Right. This is incredibly stupid, but I suppose we have to give Rodman credit for finding a new way to try and stay relevant. We've seen plenty of burned-out celebrities go the reality show route, but we've never seen one become a rogue diplomat.
