Iker Casillas’ Girlfriend Grills Him Live On TV After Spain Loss

Iker Casillas and Rob Green have now got three things in common — apart from sharing a fondness for having balls kicked at them at hundreds of miles an hour, they've both conceded an absolute horrorshow of a goal at this year's World Cup and both have had their errors blamed on their other halves.
Casillas' girlfriend Sara Carbonero, a sports journalist for Spanish station Telecinco, was positioned right behind the Real Madrid keeper's goal for the second half of the Spain/Switzerland game, leading some fans to claim he had been unfairly distracted by his extremely sexy girlfriend (once voted the sexiest journalist in the world by people who hadn't heard of Melissa Theuriau.)
Well at least with his girlfriend around, Iker could have been consoled with a hug at the final whistle, right? Wrong. Casillas stepped off the pitch and straight into a nationally televised tongue-lashing from his other half in a post-match interview. The Daily Mail reports:
‘How did you muck that up?', she asked, leaving the Real Madrid star squirming in embarrassment.
‘I don't know what to say,' he said, unable to look her in the eye. ‘I don't know if this defeat will have consequences. The dressing room is fed up.'
Trouble in paradise! These two are a lot more exciting than Frank Lampard and Christine Bleakley's trips to Poundland. Video evidence's of Iker Casillas' terrible night below.
