In Which LeBron and Kobe Pretend There are Other Players on the Court
This pro hoops season, more than anything else, has revolved around Kobe Bryant and LeBron James's nuclear war to prove which of these two men is the greatest basketball player in the solar system.
To date, a clear-cut winner has yet to emerge.
Tonight presents yet another chance for the two to state their respective cases. The other All-Stars on the floor might as well stay in the locker room; they're wasting everyone else's time. It will be interesting to see how their coaches this evening — who also happen to be their coaches in real life — handle their minutes, especially if the game stays close.
Also, I'm sure that Shaquille O'Neal and company will quietly step aside, and won't do anything at all to try and draw attention to themselves during this latest epic one-on-one duel.
