Jason Taylor Went On CNN And Said Dumb Shit About Drugs

From time to time, former NFL star Jason Taylor has been known to say thoughtful and inspiring things on camera. This was not one of those times. Last night, Taylor was a guest on CNN's (Get To) The Point—a show about baby boomers attempting to perch themselves precariously yet gracefully on plastic stools—and he said some incredibly dumb things about the legalization of marijuana.

Taylor starts by suggesting that if weed is legalized now, in 20 years people will want to legalize cocaine, or something. An exasperated Rick Reilly (of all people) tries to talk some sense into Taylor, who responds by making a wonderful false equivalence between smoking pot and robbing banks. I bet Jason Taylor is really annoying at PTA meetings.
