Mario Balotelli's prepared for any racism that might erupt during this summer's Euro 2012 competition in Poland and the Ukraine. Prepared to go to jail, that is, telling France Football he's all too willing to face hate with violence:

If someone throws a banana at me in the street, I will go to prison because I will kill him. Racism is unacceptable to me, I cannot bear it.

Fears of racism at Euro 2012 have been raised by law enforcement concerns after Ukranian neo-Nazis announced threats against non-white players.

Mario Balotelli's done enough work himself to risk involvement in Euro 2012, and his presence alone gives many casual viewers reason to watch—if only to see what crazy shit he does next. Here's hoping the racist thugs are like most cowards: all talk, and no action.
