New Bill Simmons Cartoon Arrives; Oscar In The Mail

The moment you've all been waiting in lines for months for is here: "Season Two" of the Bill Simmons cartoons!

This week's installment involves Bill, a white dude who talks black and the fat oaf sitting on their couch and watching the NBA Lottery. As always, the jokes come slowly and cheap. Magic Johnson, Elgin Baylor, the Atlanta Hawks and, of course, Isiah Thomas take animated "hits." As usual there are no laughs, but we like the idea of Bill speaking his "lines" into a thin, reedy microphone while playing with the dog.

Another ominous trend: This one is about two minutes long, exceeding most of last year's. A full-length feature is surely in the works. So you've all been warned.
