Sean gave Rick Reilly's column a thorough fisking earlier, but here's one more thing. Remember: The conceit is that these are Dennis Rodman's hypothetical reports from present-day global hot spots. Emphasis mine:

"No, seriously, a lot of good dudes here. They were so friendly! They wanted me to see the China Cabinet, but I said, 'Dude, my mom made me paint her China cabinet once, so, nah, I'm good.'

"Kind of a weird place, though. They kept saying, 'Hu wants to meet you.'

"And I kept saying, 'I don't know, who?'

"And they kept saying, 'That's why you should meet him.'

"And I said, 'What?'

"And they said "No, Wat is his cousin."

"Anyway, cool people. Good wall builders."

Rick Reilly, making jokes about Dennis Rodman's cultural and geopolitical ignorance, seems to be implying that Hu Jintao is still Chinese president.
