Peter Cavan: Aside from my family, my friends, and the fact that I have a roof over my head and heat in these dark economic times, I'm thankful that Ben Roethlisberger is still standing. His offensive line hasn't done him much good this season. And I'm thankful that Isiah Thomas survived his suicide attempt. Our world is far better (and funnier) with him in it.
