In 2013, Boise State and San Diego State are joining for football only, while Houston, Southern Methodist, and Central Florida are coming for all sports. The Big East also still plans to hold Pitt, Syracuse, and West Virginia to its 2014 timeframe for withdrawal, though West Virginia continues to give the league the middle finger with both hands over that.
