This Intentional Walk Toss Missed By A Country Mile

Screencap via MLB

Could you successfully complete an intentional walk without sailing a pitch five solid feet above the flailing glove of your catcher? Probably. Unfortunately, Twins reliever Pat Light could not today, allowing Justin Upton to score and opening the floodgates for a six-run ninth after he failed to adequately walk Erick Aybar.

Also, you’ll notice that almost nobody appears to be at the game. This was not a good afternoon for Twins fans, wherever they were.
