Von Miller Arrested For Not Going To Traffic Court
The Denver Post is reporting that Broncos linebacker Von Miller was arrested Sunday at a gun club near the Denver Broncos' practice facility. Don't worry, it sounds a lot worse than it actually is.
Police were called to the gun club when a background check on Miller—who was probably trying to buy a gun or get a concealed-carry permit—revealed that there was a warrant out for his arrest. According to the Post, Miller failed to appear in court after being cited for careless driving last October, which led to a warrant for is arrest being issued in January.
Miller was released after posting $1,000 for bail, and we are left with the following pro tip: If you are going to skip out on traffic court, don't try to buy a gun a few months later.
