Toronto is moving on to the ALCS but will have to wait until Friday to find out if they will play Detroit or Seattle. The Cubs and Phillies managed to avoid elimination yesterday, but they will need to do so again tonight. We, of course, have your best bets for both games right here.

Will we see another one-run battle between the Cubs and Brewers, or will Milwaukee blow Chicago out of the water like the first two games? The Dodgers couldn’t generate any offense last night; will their bats wake up tonight?

We’ll touch on answers to these questions and more in our best bets list.

Philadelphia Phillies vs. Los Angeles Dodgers

Dodgers ML at -120 (FanDuel)
Both starting pitchers (Cristopher Sanchez and Tyler Glasnow) were excellent during the regular season, but both have also had their moments when nothing works and they are extremely hittable. Sanchez had the better ERA in September (1.65 to 2.49), but I don’t trust the Philly lineup to bring it like they did in Game 3.

I certainly don’t expect the Dodgers' lineup to be kept quiet again. They’ve been hitting too well not to bounce back in Game Four. Glasnow will do his part, the lineup will chip in a few runs, and LA will move on to the NLCS.

Cristopher Sanchez, UNDER 5.5 Strikeouts at -102 (FanDuel)
Sanchez went OVER this TOTAL in Game One, but the Phillies will probably have a short leash on him tonight and pull him at the first sign of trouble. He’ll be on a pace to go OVER this mark if he were to pitch six innings, but look for him to get pulled in the fourth if not sooner.

Chicago Cubs vs. Milwaukee Brewers

Brewers ML at -120 (BetMGM)
Milwaukee allowed an uncharacteristic four runs in the bottom of the first; Quinn Priester hadn’t allowed more than three runs in his last seven starts. The bullpen took charge of the game and only gave up four scattered hits and two walks the rest of the way.

Neither team immediately named a starter for Game 4. But I don’t expect the Chicago pitching staff to contain the Brewers lineup for a second game. Milwaukee has four players hitting .300 or better in the postseason; they were held to just three hits in Game 3.

Milwaukee’s lineup will wake up and get the job done, no matter who they face today.

Jackson Chourio to record an RBI at +175 (FanDuel)
Chourio was kept quiet in Game 3 but had three RBIs in the first two games. He has hit .347 against Cubs pitchers with two home runs and 10 RBIs in 49 at-bats. After going 1-4 last night, he is hitting .545 in the postseason.

If there is one player the Brewers can expect to come through in Game 4, it’s Chourio.
