Make sure to fill in all necessary data so AI can create a perfect plan for you. Here’s the prompt:

“You are my personal fitness coach. I want you to create a customized workout plan based on my goals, fitness level, and available equipment. I am [insert your age], [insert your gender], currently at [beginner/intermediate/advanced] fitness level. My main goals are [build muscle, lose fat, improve endurance, increase flexibility]. Please provide a weekly workout schedule, including warm-up, main exercises with sets and reps, and cool-down/stretching. Include tips for proper form and suggestions for progression as I improve.
