Not to be outdone by the Brewers and their rectal exams, Alex Rodriguez appears to have decided to give Yankees pitcher Chien-Ming Wang a free urological exam in the middle of the game.

This curious AP photo was snapped Thursday during the Yankees 14-2 loss to the Rangers. It came after Alex Rodriguez botched a rundown situation between third and the plate, and then seemed to be contemplating a way he could make it up to Wang.

I know what you're thinking, but the concentration and intensity on Alex's face contradicts the notion that anything dirty is going on here. They're not that kind of people, and this isn't that kind of website.
