Bryce Harper's Advice To Children: "Losing's Not Fun" And "Be As Sexy As You Can"

Bryce Harper is giving back. He hosted a baseball clinic yesterday, and it turned out to be a pretty big story in the D.C. area. Yeah, yeah, the camp was free for more than 200 children. Right, right, Harper was swell enough to swing by on his day off. OK, OK, Harper presented a giant check to a local social services organization. Woo boy, what a guy.

But Dan Steinberg of the D.C Sports Bog discovered video of Harper's speech to the young campers, and it included this little motivational gem. Keep in mind that some of the campers were as young as six years old:

"Losing's not fun. When people say it's ok, you had a great game but you lost? Nah."

ABC7 News devoted an entire report to Harper's appearance at the camp, but get a load of what Harper tells a few of the children at the 1:03 mark of the video below. Yep. Words to live by for just about any nine-year-old.
