Cleveland Cavaliers Win NBA Draft Lottery For Top Pick

For the third time in four years, the Cleveland Cavaliers have won the lottery for the top pick in the NBA Draft.

The Cavs had a mere 1.7% chance at the top pick, but beat out the Bucks and 76ers for a chance at Joel Embiid, Andrew Wiggins, or whoever else they'd like.
