As for what kinds of critters these are, the mountainous setting and road signs have me leaning towards Himalayan marmots. Or perhaps they are nutrias? Thick groundhogs? Whatever the case, these are my Gruden Grinders of the day. I call ‘em The Handy Men because they always keep those hands moving!
