Darren Rovell Appeared On WFAN To Explain His Indecent Proposal To Kate Upton

CNBC's Darren Rovell dropped by WFAN this morning and attempted to explain Tuesday's appearance on the network with Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Kate Upton, during which the sports business reporter asked Upton to be his Valentine (and was rejected).

WFAN host Joe Benigno spent most of his interview (you can listen to it above) with Rovell asking questions about Kate Upton, during which we learned:

Rovell has been friends with Upton "for about two years"

Upton was in on the joke, though Rovell did not tell her whether or not to accept his proposal

Rovell's wife "thinks it's funny people are making a big deal out of this"
