Enthusiastic Cavs Sportscaster Now Rape Suspect

Travel back with me to those gravy days when people could scream "Cavs Win" and mean it. Like NewsChannel5's weekend sports anchor Terry Brooks did in this 2009 video ...

Those were Brooks' good old days. These are the bad new days, what with an indictment on kidnapping, rape and attempted rape charges being handed up the other day.

"The individual was substantially impaired either mentally or physically and was not able to give consent to the acts that were forced upon her," assistant prosecutor Paul Myles said.
