Bonds Continues To Give Away All His Scoops
This image was lost some time after publication. We're beginning to think Barry Bonds' just doesn't care about his Web site anymore. While the site, which was supposed to be the only place you could TRUST for Barry Bonds news, hasn't been updated since June 10, Bonds is now lowering himself to talk to reporters. In an interview with MLB.com — well, maybe you can't necessarily call those reporters — Bonds says it's highly unlikely he'll be back by the end of July. (He'll turn 41 on July 24, by the way.)
We obviously are very eager to see Bonds come back, not just because he's one of the greatest hitters of all time, and not just because it'll be fun to play with his Web site, but also because ESPN's Pedro Gomez has been doing nothing for the last five months but follow Bonds around. "Yeah, well, Barry's still not playing. Yep. Get this. He says his knee hurts. Still. Yeah, I know! Back to you, Mike!" The guy has to be going mad. Save Pedro Gomez.
