Manchester City Arrives For Champions League Match In Post-Apocalyptic Liverpool
credits: Dave Thompson | source: [object Object] Manchester City had a crazy bus ride into Anfield today ahead of their Champions League match against Liverpool, as the soon-to-be English champions were greeted by passionate home supporters who happened also to be armed with projectiles and flares. Alternately, if you don’t know the context, the images suggest a team bus rolling onto the set of a movie about a post-apocalyptic city starring some very British hooligans.

Worse, however, is the fact that City’s bus is reportedly damaged enough to be unable to make the trip back to Manchester. That’s a tough break, because City’s going to want to get out of Merseyside as soon as possible.
