Marlins Player Eats At Least Three Cheeseburgers Before Game, Doesn't Shit Himself
Marcell Ozuna of the Miami Marlins doesn't look that fat. He definitely eats like a fat guy, though.
Before batting practice for Friday night's game against the San Francisco Giants, Ozuna claims to have eaten three cheeseburgers and three chocolate chip cookies—how big were these chocolate chip cookies? A crucial detail. Anyway, Ozuna's teammates say that's not true. He actually ate five cheeseburgers.
From Janie McCauley of the Miami Herald:
"My teammates say five (burgers)," Ozuna said. "Just three cheeseburgers and three cookies - 3 for 3. That's a good deal."
Imagine all of that sitting in your stomach while you play baseball. How did Ozuna not cramp up and/or shit himself?
It actually seemed to help him. In the eighth inning, with the game tied 3-3, Ozuna singled in Ed Lucas to start a three-run inning by the Marlins, giving them a 6-3 win. So, cheeseburgers are fine. Not fried chicken, though.
