DiGiorno Pizza stirred up some shit late last night, when Pizza stumbled upon the Twitter hashtag #WhyIStayed, in which domestic-violence victims spoke on why they stayed in abusive relationships. It's well documented that Pizza is trolly and corny and stale, but yesterday Pizza went too far:

People got rightfully heated, and Pizza deleted the tweet shortly thereafter. Pizza has since spent the better part of the last 15 hours personally apologizing to hundreds of Twitter users, making contrite-sounding noises about mistakes that were made and lessons that were learned.
