Girly Sports Bloggers Now Invading Salon

Hardcore fans of the jokey Minnesota Twins fan site Batgirl and its namesake and muse novelist Anne Ursu enjoy the back-and-forth between the novelist and her sports blog alter ego. The lines crossed this morning on Salon, where Ursu ranted in her cutesy, kinda-literary, baseball's-just-a-game-people way that future public subsidies and sport jacket-wearing communists like Salon just love.

Quite frankly, we're mostly just disturbed by the "Quite Frankly With Stephen A. Smith" ads that are all over Salon. Does ESPN do ads with PBS too?
