Idiot On The Field Interrupts Cal Game With Stuffed Pig

Last night’s Cal-Washington State game was interrupted briefly when a woman holding a stuffed pig seated herself at about the four yard line, and had to be removed by stadium security.

As idiots on the field go, this was a relatively non-disruptive one—the woman allowed herself to be dragged off the field without putting up any resistance. The California Golden Blogs site says the woman was protesting in order to call attention to the mistreatment of livestock by factory farms. No word on whether the stuffed pig made bail.
