Ashton Hall’s banana peels, ice baths, and viral L’s keep breaking the internet. Among dozens of morning routines, Ashton found a way to go viral by just making it outrageous. Some of the things include slapping banana peels on his face, dunking his head in a bucket of cold water, and moaning like he’s summoning ancient Viking energy.

The internet can’t look away, but not for the reasons he probably hoped. He’s not just a walking meme. Hall represents a new era of fitness influencers, where spectacle beats science, and the more unhinged it looks, the more views it gets.

Biohacking or Just Pure Theater

Besides the things I mentioned above, add barefoot sprints, pool jumps, and deeply unnecessary camera angles. The first question that comes to mind is, “Who actually does this”?

Well, Hall does. He tags it as wellness even if it looks more like an act. He didn’t fool people who have average knowledge of wellness, but he definitely made a point with nearly a billion views on all platforms.

Famous Saragota water saw a jump in sales after being featured in the video. Numerous memes came out of this clip, and that only made him more famous.

Getting Dusted by IShowSpeed - Four Times

Yes, Hall looks amazing considering that it’s one of his main goals. But that’s where it should stop. Instead, chasing the clout when it’s not needed usually brings unwanted attention.

One of his bad ideas was to race IShowSpeed, who is known to beat even faster opponents. When it comes to clout, it’s great to have him on his YouTube channel, but the way he acted was embarrassing.

It really seemed like he believed he could outrun IShowSpeed, but the first race was all about “I fell, let’s do it again”. Okay, the second time? “You barely beat me, let’s run again”.

Speed realized he’s racing someone who will force him until he wins. Of course, Speed will do anything for good content, and that means beating this guy a thousand times. The third race was “close,” and the fourth placed the last nail in the coffin. IShowSpeed 4:0 Ashton Hall.

Just doing it 4 times without talking nonsense would be great PR, but forcing his guest was too much for viewers and the hate and cringe just grew. As Kai Cenat said “stop giving them second chances”.
