Media Approval Ratings: Rachel Nichols

We made fun of Rachel Nichols once for her how do you question to David Stern during his famous Tim Donaghy press conference, but, generally speaking, we think she's pretty good at her job. Even if the job itself is pretty thankless.

We didn't realize that Rachel was actually the daughter-in-law of director Mike Nichols, which makes Diane Sawyer her stepmother-in-law. That might freak us out a little bit.

Also, she was once one of Esquire's Women We Love. So that's an honor.
