Lewis and Clark Middle School owned Thomas Jefferson Middle with this trick play. Called "The Ugly Kardashian," for no apparent reason other than the team found the name funny, Lewis and Clark's quarterback Atiq Muhammad pretends there's a problem with the ball, capitalizing on some confusion after an onside kick. Muhammad then feints returning the ball to the referee, before taking off for a touchdown.
The defense seemed to be wising up to the scheme as Muhammad reached the secondary, but by then it was too late. We see stuff like this every now and then, and one of these days a defender is going to tee off on an unsuspecting quarterback because their coach got too cute. But until then, enjoy these kids getting embarrassed.
