Nick Diaz Got Into An "Insane Melee" In A Club Bathroom

After Nate Diaz’s split decision loss to Conor McGregor at UFC 202 over the weekend, the Diaz boys have spent this week unwinding. Young Nate has been vaping, they appear to be enjoying the pools of Las Vegas, and last night, Nick went clubbing at Hyde Bellagio. According to a report from TMZ, he got into a brawl with four dudes last night while going to the bathroom. He claims that he didn’t start it, but that “they got the worst of it.” It sounds like it got rather wild.

The melee was insane — the club’s rep says the attackers were swinging chairs and brawling with club and casino staffers. They were eventually removed by security.

The fight reportedly started after Diaz stumbled into someone in the bathroom. Diaz apologized, but the man wasn’t having it, and he and his three friends escalated things. Because he was going up against four-on-one odds, he apparently took at least one punch to the head. Because he’s an MMA fighter who can take a punch as well as anyone, he ended up on top (or so he says).

TMZ says that he “was hittin’ them, putting them in different chokes,” which, who knows. Either way: Nick Diaz is not someone you should be starting shit with.
