Nuggets Guard Ty Lawson Arrested On Suspicion Of DUI

According to 9 News Colorado, Nuggets point guard Ty Lawson was arrested early this morning for a suspected DUI.

Police say Lawson was arrested at 1:19 a.m. after being clocked at 60 mph in a in a 35-mph zone. Lawson allegedly admitted to having had a few drinks before driving, was slurring his speech, and failed a field sobriety test.

Hours before getting pulled over, Lawson attended a team event at a bowling alley in Denver. According to 9 News, Lawson admitted to the cops that he was previously arrested for a DUI in Missouri.
