Our Own, Demented Version Of "Switched At Birth"
This image was lost some time after publication. Because in a month we're going to be the only people who remember the show, we feel obliged to point out — per a reader's excellent, perceptive eye — that ESPN college basketball analyst Jay Bilas and Will Arnett's ridiculously funny "Gob" from "Arrested Development" look so much like each other that it's freaking us out.
Honestly. We suddenly like Jay Bilas so much more.
Wouldn't it be great if, every time they cut to Bilas courtside, all of a sudden "The Final Countdown" started playing? Wouldn't that be outstanding? Somebody give Bilas a candy apple and see if it whistles!
And yes, we know, most of you, if you believe the Nielsen ratings, have no idea what we're talking about. But that's OK. We'll happily amuse ourselves with all things "Arrested Development."
