PGA President Fired For Calling Ian Poulter "Lil Girl" On Twitter

PGA president Ted Bishop was canned today after bickering with English golfer Ian Poulter on Twitter yesterday and calling him a "lil girl."
Bishop was responding to Poulter's criticism in his new book of Tom Watson and Nick Faldo as previous Ryder Cup captains. He took umbrage in a tweet:
He also took to Facebook to rant in more than 140 characters. Via Wei Under Par:

The PGA's Board of Directors voted Bishop out for his comments. He had a month left in his term.
