Please Don't Burn Down Our Big House

According to an email from one former Michigan player to a group of Michigan alumni, the alums are planning a little pump-er-upper tomorrow for the Irish game.

Dear Former Michigan Football Player:

This Saturday at approximately 1:45pm, we want every former player to meet outside the Michigan Stadium tunnel to support our team and remind them that wearing the winged helmet makes them part of something special. Let's show our unity for the Wolverines when they step off the bus. Go Blue!

This all sounds nice and good, but a little part of us can't help but wonder if, for the Michigan players stepping off that bus, will think they're being more glared at than anything else. If our father had built the most gorgeous building in Mattoon, and we'd burned down through general doofusness, we'd be a little nervous if he stared at us the next time we walked into a new place.
