Rally Car Co-Driver Vomits Blood On Himself

New question on rally car application forms: Do you get carsick?

Don't really know what's going on here, other than it's from last month's Skagafjarðarrally in Iceland. Don't know why the navigator's regular vomit turns to blood, and starts coming out of his nose as well. Don't know why you'd want to watch this video, frankly.
