SE Missouri Redhawks Tweet Weird And NSFW Bathroom Picture

So, um, we're not really sure what happened here, but a few minutes ago the official Twitter account of Southeast Missouri athletics sent out the seemingly innocuous tweet above. Clicking on that link, however, did not bring one to the live results for today's track meet, but to a very weird picture of two semi-naked girls in a bathroom.

Right. So that's odd. Also worth noting, this picture doesn't appear to exist anywhere else on the internet. This one's from a personal collection.
