Seahawks Fan Probably Still Catatonic

Earlier, I wrote that if Russell Wilson can get over one of the most heartbreaking losses in Super Bowl history, Seahawks fans probably can too. That does not apply to this girl. She may never recover.

The interception occurs at the 36-second mark, of the video, but I'll urge you to watch the buildup. Her barely contained excitement. Her nervous energy. Her desperate, optimistic smile. Then, in a split second she dies inside, gruesomely and completely. The light goes out in her eyes. She can't but stare, uncomprehendingly, at the screen. And then the cell phone—anything to distract from reality.

Sometimes, you just have to let the frustration out. It's healthier in the long run.
