The Sad Ballad Of The Short-Lived @TotallyManU
The tragedy of Totally Man U must be a gag. No one would leave their job and spend their money just to blast out news to Manchester United fans all day, right? Right?
The doomed United fan account kicked off on Twitter on August 17. The person in charge was ready to distribute that hot soccer content to his/her followers.
Totally Man U's creator even quit his/her job to focus on the account full-time.
It wasn't long before the journey turned rocky.
The first Totally Man U exclusive would be an interview with United executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward. That get would quickly legitimize the page.
Nope.
What about a party?
Nope.
What about Woodward, again?
Nope.
Earlier today, it all fell apart.
Farewell, Totally Man U. You were too good for this world.
