The Canadian Hide-And-Seek Team
We're not sure where this is from — we haven't nailed it down yet — but here's a funny prank, explained by the reader who sent it to us:
Three friends decided to go to New Orleans for a football game. One of their fathers works for Roots Canada and gave them each avCanadian Winter Olympic jacket to wear. With that said, they decidedvthat when people ask them about the Olympic jacket, they would make up a story & tell them they represent Canada's "Hide and Seek" team, a new Demonstration Sport. Well, they bullshitted enough to get interviewed on national television.
Their poker faces here are, we have to say, rather impressive. If anybody has any more info on when this game is — or even what this station is — feel free to let us know in the comments. Good stuff, though.
(UPDATE: A reader writes: "The game was Tulane - Louisville, Dec. 4, 2004. The final score was 55-7 so I assume if someone had brought their cat to the game, they would have interviewed them as well The game was on PAX.")
