This Set Play From The Clippers Is Beautiful And Unfair
The Clippers lost to the Kings 98-92 yesterday, but they came out ahead on style points after running one of the prettiest plays of the young season late in the fourth quarter.
Down 88-92 with 1:48 left in the game, head coach Doc Rivers drew this monster of a play for his team coming out of a timeout. The reverse alley-oop finisher is cool as hell, obviously, but it's all of the little moving parts—the screens and well-timed cuts—that really make this play as stunning as it is. It gets better every time you watch it.
