Tom Brady Becomes Fourth Quarterback To Throw 400 Touchdowns
With this easy one-yard touchdown pass to a wide open Danny Amendola in the second quarter of today’s game against the Jaguars, Tom Brady joined Dan Marino, Brett Favre, and Peyton Manning as the fourth quarterback to throw 400 or more touchdown passes in an NFL career.
The receivers who have caught the most Brady TD’s are Rob Gronkowski, Randy Moss, and Wes Welker, respectively. His first was to Terry Glenn on October 14, 2001. He has tossed 61 against the Bills, the most of any team by a healthy margin.
Drew Brees is the next most likely candidate to reach 400 touchdowns, as the 36-year-old is currently sitting on 398.
