Why Are Hot Takers Truthering The Missouri Fiasco?

Missouri is playing a football game this Saturday night—a game that was recently put in jeopardy by the ongoing firestorm at the school. It’s a big ol’ shitshow that promises to get messier before it gets cleaner, with potential strikes, ousted chancellors, professors begging for muscle (coming right up!), hot takers out here truthering poop-swastika police reports, and loons who would be president falling over themselves to bemoan the threat of militant political correctness sweeping across America, which is a totally new and not at all recycled phenomenon!

Anyway, this situation calls for a somewhat nuanced and lengthy discussion between two people hopelessly removed from the situation, and that discussion is the centerpiece of this week’s Deadcast.
