A-Rod's Story Of A Sensitive Boy
We mentioned this when the deal was originally announced, and now, today, the day has finally arrived: Alex Rodriguez's children's book has hit the stands. "Out Of The Ballpark" is the story of a second baseman named Alex who makes an error and — get this — begins to play worse because he's putting so much pressure on himself. Amazingly, the boy does not have purple lipstick.
The book, which will be simultaneously published in Spanish, also includes a Rodriguez "scrapbook," featuring photos of A-Rod as a baby, a Little Leaguer and even one of him preparing for his first school dance in junior high.
Yes. We see. But have they included this photo? Because we hope not.
Honestly, just two-plus weeks until the year-long Alex Rodriguez psychological profile begins. We can't wait!
