Awkward Super Bowl Interviews Have More Insight Than Most Of Media Day
Saturday Night Live's Kyle Mooney went to Super Bowl Boulevard to mumble and talk nonsense with people on the street, and it was delightful.
For the unfamiliar, Mooney has done this kind of thing before with the San Francisco Giants and at a Los Angeles Lakers championship parade. He's proficient at making his interviewees believe that his question's going to be coherent. It never is.
The best part of this one is Mooney's conversation with the Seahawks fan. It's word salad and talking over each other, an accurate representation of basic sports banter.
