Brazil Score First Goal Of World Cup—In Their Own Goal

This certainly isn't how Brazil planned to start things off. Croatia took a 1-0 lead 11 minutes into the match when Marcelo knocked the ball into his own goal.
It all came about when Ivica Olic tried to cross to Nikica Jelavic. The pass missed its intended target, but Marcelo was there to clean it up, er, botch it. We knew Croatia was going to be playing a heavy attack formation, but we didn't know that included Brazil's players, too. Here's how it sounded on Croatian national broadcaster HRT 2:
